With a heart for multicultural outreach, MLC hosts two growing congregations—one in English and the other in Tamil, launched in April 2025. Leaders of Maranatha Life Church – Calgary
Pastor Suresh and his wife Debbie have been in full-time ministry for over 10 years, passionately serving the Lord and sharing the transforming power of the Gospel. Suresh, who comes from a strong Hindu background in Sri Lanka—where his family even now trustees to several temples (in Sri Lanka)—was once a fierce rejector and persecutor of the Christian faith. However, during a low point in his life, he encountered Jesus and experienced a radical transformation. Since then, he has devoted his life to following and preaching Christ. Debbie, originally from Malaysia, has stood faithfully beside him in ministry for over 20 years. Together, they now lead Maranatha Life Church in Calgary, reaching lives through both English and Tamil congregations.

📢 URGENT: Ensuring Christian Participation in the Upcoming Federal Election
Brothers and Sisters in Christ
As we approach the upcoming federal election on April 28th, there are growing concerns that Christians may face obstacles when it comes to voting. The early voting days—April 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st—fall directly over Easter weekend, a sacred time when many believers are deeply engaged in worship, church activities, and family gatherings.
What Can We Do?
✅ Make a Plan to Vote
✅ Spread Awareness
✅ Assist Those in Need
✅ Pray for the Election
Let’s rise and make our voices count
